Rural Estate Electrician Near York
Rural properties and estates often have a mix of old and new electrical installations spread across multiple buildings. Rural estates often have electrical installations that have evolved over many years without any systematic assessment. A farmhouse with rewired interiors might still have original wiring to the outbuildings. Cottage conversions might have been rewired but the supply cable from the main property might date from the 1960s. Listed building status adds constraints on what can be done and how.
